    We are searching for an In Store Execution Coordinator (based in CP Spain - Madrid) in Madrid, Spain. Reporting to the Field Sales Leader, you will be the main contact for Sales Representatives and Area Managers, collaborating with Retail Execution to ensure success at the point of sale with Perfect Execution. We are seeking an individual with previous experience in Customer Development and team coordination, possessing strong communication skills, a quick learner, and a proactive approach to project ownership. This role offers valuable exposure to executing the 5P's, fostering collaboration across the organization, and making significant contributions to the business. It's an excellent opportunity for individuals keen on growth within the FMCG sector.

    As the In Store Coordinator, your primary duties will include:

    • Coordinate priorities' communication from Rex, Cex, CDT, and Field Force Team
    • Establish and streamline effective processes and tools for seamless top-down and bottom-up communication within the team, ensuring transparent priorities and well-equipped team members with necessary resources and knowledge
    • Monitor key performance indicators (In Store, Coverages, Frequency)
    • Improve analysis of key performance indicators and promptly notify any discrepancies to the Field Sales Leader
    • Travel 25% to enhance market knowledge and auditing
    • Regularly initiate simplification/optimization projects and innovative work approaches (especially related to reporting & meetings)
    • Ensure proper functioning and utilization of management tools such as C4C, Mediafly
    • Share Field Force insights and best practices with Cex and Rex teams promptly to support CP plans
    • Manage POP for the Field Force Team: distribution and utilization
    • Act as an ambassador of the commercial process, offering continual feedback to the Field Force Leader

    Functional Skills Requirements:

    • Ability to deliver tasks efficiently, on schedule, and with excellence
    • High level of autonomy in daily tasks
    • Technical Skills: strong planning capabilities, advanced knowledge of information technology in WINDOWS environment, proficiency in Office tools, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Slides
    • Proficiency in analytical tools (Nielsen Sales Reports, Data Estudio)
    • Minimum educational requirement of a bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
