El objetivo de las prácticas es que el estudiante obtenga una visión general de las diferentes actividades que se desempeñan en un departamento de Recursos Humanos: Comunicación Interna, Operaciones, RRLL, Métricas, Estructura Organizativa, Organización de eventos para empleados y conocer la función del Representante de Recursos Humanos que da apoyo a las áreas de negocio.
De acuerdo a su plan formativo, el alumno/a podrá conocer distintos procesos de la función de Recursos Humanos:
Comunicación interna: aprender los diferentes canales de comunicación interna que tiene la Compañía y en especial, el funcionamiento de nuestra plataforma global, participando en la ejecución de los planes de comunicación previamente definidos.
Conocer y participar en la organización de eventos internos dirigido a los empleados.
Adquirir conocimiento de los procesos operativos del departamento, en relación con la contratación, renovación de los contratos, comunicaciones a la Seguridad Social, RRLL.
Aprender a elaborar Métricas del departamento así como conocer las herramientas para su obtención y análisis.
