Works full time in different administrative tasks and operations.

Your Role

Administrative organizational support Support people / HR management processes.
Support organizational communication processes (meetings, workshops, trainings, catering, etc.)
Coordination with internal and external service providers (SPIE building, IT, HR, etc.)
Organizational purchase order management on Ariba & Web methods (creation and support)
Assistance and general clarifications regarding travel booking and expense settlement
Support the digitalization center of competence in supply chain logistics

Your qualifications

You are a Bachelor or Master student in a technical or business administration field or similar
You are a friendly, open minded person, selfdriven and highly motivated and you enjoy working in a multifunctional and international environment
Solid English and Spanish skills, German language skill is a plus
