- Be aware of the service needs and urgencies and react when it's needed according with the standard defined.
- Manage the cost of the lines acting according the scalation process when OEE, speed or HC get out of the target.
- Manage the resources according with the priorities defined.
- Superior degree in technical fields (engineering or similar).
- Production processes experience in the manufacturing industry.
- 3 shifts and weekend rotative shift pattern availability.
- Teams' management experience.
- SAP skills will be appreciated.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Shift Leader you are responsible for managing and controlling safety, quality, services, and cost control according with the company targets.
