We're looking for a Technical Process to join our Operations team.

THE ROLE
As a Technical Process You Will
Ensure close daily system (BDA) analysis and POS reporting of the corrective team.
Ensure the best MTBF for each report.
Coordinate with shift leaders all the interventions in their Scope.
Create PM plan and do calibration with the system of BDA.
Material Management of spare parts in the storeroom.
DDS assistance as a Maintenance representative.
Create training check list of the line for new hiring.
Be active in the main BD of their lines.
Be part of the production team to create with the line engineer new systems to maintain the line.
Train new hiring and ensure the correct methodology.
Direct work with Coordinator to ensure the NON recurrency.

What you will bring

Technical degree, engineering, FP II or similar.
Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in the Industrial sector (pharmacy, food, cosmetics, automotive)
Good command of English
Result oriented, analytical thinking
Communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership and a utonomous work attitude
Agility and problem solving skills
Dealing with the organization skills
