Maintenance Coordinator
We're looking for a

Maintenance Coordinator to join our

Operations team.

THE ROLE
As a Maintenance Coordinator You Will

Daily Team people management, around 15 techs by Shift.
Ensure daily BDA and POS.
Ensure the best MTTR for each BD.
Coordinate with shift leaders all the interventions in their Scope.
Follow up the best performance of every line adapting the resources in the worst cases.
Ensure safety rules of the plant.
Prepare daily report of BD.
Do the handover with the next shift to ensure the correct transfer of issues during the shift.
Be active in the main BD of the plant.
Escalate and follow the matrix reaction in 100% of the situations.
Train new hiring and ensure the correct methodology.
Direct work with technical process to ensure the NON recurrency.
Ensure that procedures involve safe behaviors in technical operations.

What you will bring

Education: Technical degree
Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in the Industrial sector (pharmacy, food, cosmetics, automotive)
English, high level written and spoken (mandatory)
Results oriented,
