About the role
At Inspectorio , th e Industry Consulting team is primarily responsible for growing annual recurring revenue by providing business and technical expertise throughout the customer lifecycle, from Pre-Sales through Adoption.
As a Senior Presales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic engagements with our clients in retail and apparel industry, providing expert guidance and advisory services to help them maximize the value of our technology solutions. Leveraging your deep industry knowledge and technical expertise , you will lead consulting engagements, deliver actionable insights, and drive business outcomes for our clients. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong track record of success in consulting, business development, and client relationship management ; as well as a deep understanding of both technology and the supply chain management within the apparel/fashion industry.
What you'll do
Hold and share extensive industry knowledge to guide clients and cross-functional teams on industry trends and challenges.
Deliver advanced product demonstrations with innovative approaches while integrating client feedback.
Secure new and expansion business revenue by positioning the Inspectorio offering in ways that compel clients to buy.
Conduct thorough discovery sessions and integrate findings into solution design.
Oversee multiple deals concurrently; follow best practices, identify risks, follow through to resolve escalated issues.
Strategize technical sales approaches, document effective behavior into repeatable processes, and mentor teams through skill-based coaching.
Lead the translati on of complex business needs and technical requirements among clients and the Inspectorio Product , Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing Teams.
Strategize client engagements through technical consulting on best practices, driving deeper engagements and expansion opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Level executives, industry leaders, and decision makers, ensur ing their needs are met.
Design streamlined technical and business solutions for clients.
Recognized as a subject matter expert and often called upon for advice in challenging situations.
Produce in-depth technical guides and is seen as an industry expert.
Actively seek out new knowledge, share insights, and encourage team learning.
Deliver value during in-person meetings and events; occasional travel required to client sites and industry events.

Requirements
8+ years in fashion / apparel sourcing or supply chain management .
Demons tra ted experience in B2B SaaS, analytic al tools, or applications software with a demons tra ted tra ck record in exceeding goals .
Demons tra ted experience in Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, or Consulting.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment independently.
Strong critical thinking, analytical and communicational skills .
Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication, and presentation skills (web & in-person) required .
Experience in establishing and growing senior-level relationships (Directors, VP, SVP, etc.) .
Demons tra ble understanding and appetite for digital technology including Business Intelligence tools, ERPs, PLMs, API Integration, SFTP Integration, Tools Automation, and/or HTML and Web Design .
Comfortable to own and manage monthly & quarterly objectives and quotas .
Ability to work from home independently and collaboratively .
Experience of working alongside product teams and staying abreast of product developments, competitor activities, and market developments .
Ability to quickly establish key facts and requirements to evaluate and propose solutions to business problems or processes .
Analytical and consultative approach to client engagements .
Fluent English . Multiple languages is a plus.
