Desde LHH Recruitment Solutions estamos en búsqueda de un/a Plant Manager para empresa del sector alimentación ubicada en Zaragoza.La misión de la posición será dirigir y organizar las operaciones relacionadas con el proceso productivo y la mejora y mantenimiento de las instalaciones, de acuerdo a las necesidades de producción, procedimientos internos directrices del Regional Operation Manager, con el fin de optimizar la capacidad productiva de la planta y garantizar el cumplimiento de los volúmenes de producción establecidos, en las mejores condiciones de rentabilidad, calidad, plazo, seguridad, prevención de riesgos laborales y respeto por el medio ambiente.
El Plant Manager será el responsable de las funciones descritas, siendo el máximo responsable en algunos casos (Producción y Mantenimiento), tomando las decisiones necesarias en este sentido y el máximo responsable del cumplimiento de otras funciones (Calidad y Seguridad) y de asegurar la coordinación de las funciones de Supply Chain en su Planta.
Requisitos Ingeniería Industrial preferible / Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado. Experiencia de más de 3 años en funciones de operaciones de planta. Conocimiento de los procesos de fabricación.Conocimiento de las normativas legales para operar plantas:
estándares de calidad, seguridad y control, productividad, creación de demanda, inventario y procesos de administración Conocimientos de negocio (financieros, planificación, gestión de proyectos (CAPEX), gestión de equipos) Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de personas Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, así como de habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo.
Inglés mínimo nivel B2 (First Certificate) Beneficios Alto desarrollo profesional.
