- Developing relationships with our customers in collaboration with the sales managers.
- Providing a hassle free buying experience to our customers.
- Proactively take on a sales support role by pulling sales orders from existing customers (forecast to delivery)
- Analyzing order patterns, suggesting improvements and flagging deviations
- Managing light accounts and supporting sales managers
- Problem solving: handling of complaints and incidents, including progress monitoring and follow up
- Order entry, Issuing credits, timely and accurate invoicing
- Keeping price information up to date
- Maintaining customer database
- Collecting and analyzing data for optimization
- Passion for building and maintaining customer relations and satisfaction
- A Bachelor's degree in international commerce or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a customer facing role in a business to business environment
- You speak and read English, French on a professional level.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- The ability to multi task and work cross functionally
- Strong commercial skills and social abilities
- You are able to commute to our Montmeló office near Barcelona 4 days per week (possibility to work from home 1 day per week)

As our Sales Support Specialist, you are the extension of our sales team.You collaborate closely with our sales managers and you take care of developing and adding value to the relationships with our customers.
You commit to managing and maintaining customer satisfaction, loyalty and profitability throughout the customer order process.This position is based in Montmeló (Barcelona) and reports to the Sales Support Teamlead
Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and sales oriented Sales Support Specialist who will go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction as well as profitability.
