- Thoroughly reviewing resumes and conducting initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and compatibility.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conducting interviews and reporting findings to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Managing reference checks, background screenings and coordinating technical assessments.
- Assisting in the preparation and delivery of employment offers.
- Providing new hires with essential information and guidance on company policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Handling various administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding.
- Contributing your ideas to the development of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
- Contributing to the implementation of new Employer Branding strategies to attract top talent.

- Starting gross salary of €18,000 per annum.
- Minimum one and half year experience in a recruiting role, ideally in Renewable Energy.
- Degree in Psychology preferably, although ADE, FICO, Laws, or equivalent will be also considered.
- Languages: High Level of English, Italian, and Spanish are Essential: Given our operations in Spain, the UK, and Italy, your proficiency in these languages is non-negotiable. Your ability to connect with talent across borders will set you apart.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter; ATS skills are a plus.
- Enthusiasm, Self-Motivation, Flexibility, and a Passion for Supporting the Recruitment Function.
- Ability to Maintain Confidentiality and Handle Sensitive Information Professionally.
