- Assess critical services/vendors, establish remediation plans, and assign residual risk ratings
- Review and challenge risk scores of critical services
- Collaborate with CISO and Business Continuity teams on risk assessments
- Provide vendor risk services within Santander Group
- Report to local Cost/Risk departments and committees
- Minimum 3 years experience in Cybersecurity/IT Risk/IT audit
- Bachelor's or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
- Industry certifications: CISA, ISO/IEC 27001, CompTIA Security+, etc.
- Proficiency in information security frameworks and certifications
- Familiarity with ISAE 3000, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, COBIT, etc.
- Knowledge of IT Audit practices, Business Continuity Management, and Security testing methodologies
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively
- Excellent written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
