- Management of decentralized database for existing and new products portfolios supporting collections activities at Openbank/Zinia
- Support the strategy and the execution related to collections function across different geographies.
- Lead all the information collections projects and tasks.
- Data cleansing and coordination of daily data exchange process with third parties including processing collections results (Financial & Operational)
- Set up Reporting framework incl. ad hoc analysis for supporting collections management and consolidation.
- Back-office support and coordination among different counterparts such us IT, Risk, Finance, among others.
- Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or similar
- High level of knowledge Excel, SAS, SQL. Any other programming language would be valuable.
- Experience with Data Management and Data Mining.
- Strong analytical and data skills.
- Experience in retail / consumer banking business.
- Knowledge in Zinia/Openbank systems will be a plus Knowledge in Collections and IT related tools and banking applications will be also a plus
- Good spoken and written English, any other language would be valuable.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Availability to travel.
