- Conocer exhaustivamente los procesos de envasado de las distintas líneas de la planta.
- Conocer los métodos de trabajo y las tareas de cada puesto, incluyendo las operaciones de Gestión de la Producción (gestión logística), Cambio de Formato y Control de Calidad.
- Conocer la sistemática de Cálculo y Medición de Tiempos.
- Calcular el Coste Inicial de un Nuevo Producto (Máquina y Mano de Obra), proponiendo la línea de envasado y método de trabajo e introducirlo en SAP PPM.
- Participar en el proceso de industrialización de los productos de la Compañía en su etapa de diseño, debiendo seleccionar y proponer las posibles líneas de envasado, y ser capaz de identificar las necesidades de modificación y/o reforma de las líneas para poder cumplir todos los requerimientos del producto.
- Crear rutas de envasado en SAP, y revisar y mantener los Datos Maestros de los productos (Rutas y Estructuras).
- Crear y mantener los métodos de trabajo (listado completo de las operaciones de cada puesto de trabajo).
- Crear y mantener actualizados los Croquis de Línea que definen los métodos.
- Realizar el cálculo de tiempos teóricos para obtener las saturaciones de los operarios y realizar medición de las operaciones apreciando la actividad real de los operarios.
- Participar en la Formación Continua del personal de línea impartiendo adiestramiento en el método de trabajo.
- Monitorizar la planta por medio del sistema MES (CAPTOR) para poder priorizar la actuación inmediata de las áreas de soporte(Mantenimiento, Calidad, Logística, Industrialización).
- Extraer y analizar datos del sistema MES de la planta (CAPTOR) para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
- Desarrollar las funciones de Green Belt dentro del Programa de Mejora Continua.
- Promover la Mejora Continua de las líneas de envasado y de las operaciones de Cambio de Formato para mejorar la productividad de la planta.
- Promover la Mejora Continua del flujo de Servicio de Materiales y Logística
- Dar soporte a los Técnicos de Industrialización encargándose del diseño y puesta en marcha de utillajes y pequeñas reformas de líneas.
- Grado en Ingeniería Industrial
- Máster Habilitante en Ingeniería Industrial (especialidad Mecánica u Organización Industrial)

Participar en el proceso de Industrialización de un producto asignando la línea de producción, definiendo el método de trabajo y calculando los costes iniciales.
Estudiar , desarrollar y mejorar los métodos de FILLING mejorándolos y optimizándolos la ergonomía y la seguridad de los trabajadores.
Mantener toda la información asociada a Datos Maestros del producto y del proceso de envasado. Editar y actualizar toda la documentación técnica asociada al método de trabajo. Formar a las nuevas
incorporaciones en métodos.
Participar en el Sistema de Mejora como Green Belt y ser dinamizador de la mejora de productividad y eficiencia en las líneas.
Proponer mejoras técnicas asociadas a reformas de línea y diseñar útiles y utillajes para el incremento de la eficiencia de las líneas y la mejora del método de trabajo
