Job description:

We provide services in the main sectors:
Aerospace, Railways, Energy, Industry and Telecommunications & IT and we are specialised in 8 competence centres.

With the aim of strengthening our team we are looking for a IT Microcomputer Technician.

Main tasks:

Task management and interdepartmental collaboration.
Resolution of incidents onsite and remotely.
Installation and configuration of printers (IP printers, group policies).
Configuration of mailboxes, primarily Outlook.
Proficiency in Office 365 tools.
User creation and VPN configuration.
Administration and maintenance of onetoone devices, projectors, interactive whiteboards, speakers, servers.
Application installation.
IP telephony management.
Video conference room management.

Profile:

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience working as a microcomputer technician or N1 support technician.

Knowledge of O36

Experience in incident resolution both onsite and remotely.
Experience in network configuration and VPN.
