    Tasks and Qualifications :

    Responsabilidades

    Responsable de la integridad de datos, así como de su ciclo de vida, para la región Iberia dentro KION ITS EMEA Iberia.

    Asegurando la naturaleza estratégica de estos.

    • Identificar áreas para mejoras de la calidad de datos. Incluyendo la limpieza y enriquecimiento de los datos actuales.
    • Proponer, definir e implementar procesos locales de resolución de problemas que mejoren la calidad de los datos existentes, y que cumplimenten el modelo global a nivel EMEA.
    • Asistir en la resolución de problemas relativos a la calidad de datos.
    • Definir el sistema de métricas necesario que garantice la calidad de los datos y el cumplimiento de los procesos establecidos.

    Asegurando, igualmente, que el sistema de métricas se actualiza de acuerdo a la evolución del sistema, sus requisitos y las necesidades de la organización.

    • Ejecutar auditorías periódicas que garanticen el cumplimiento de las políticas establecidas en términos de mantenimiento de datos maestros.
    • Punto de contacto a nivel Iberia para asuntos de mantenimiento e integridad de datos, tanto internamente, como para toda la organización KION Group.
    • Conducir formaciones en la organización en cuanto a gobernanza de mantenimiento de datos.
    • Manejar relaciones con las personas encargadas de introducir datos en los sistemas.
    • Colaborar activamente en la limpieza y migración de datos hacia un nuevo sistema, asegurando la integridad y precisión de la información
    • Cualquier otra función o responsabilidad inherente al puesto de trabajo o Grupo Profesional.

    Conocimientos y habilidades

    • Buena capacidad de análisis de problemas.
    • Buena capacidad de atención al cliente interno
    • Creatividad / innovación
    • Habilidades de comunicación y capacidad de adaptación.
    • Jugador de equipo con mentalidad práctica.

    Formación & Experiencia

    • Formación Profesional o Universitaria con especialidad enfocada a la gestión de datos.
    • Experiencia en gestión de datos o manejo de ficheros de gran volumen de datos.
    • Experiencia trabajando en equipos multifuncionales en entornos agiles.
    • Alto conocimiento de SAP.
    • Inglés alto, fluidez para comunicarse sin esfuerzo con los hablantes nativos del idioma (mínimo B2).
