    ¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

  • Tareas de Localización: Contacto telefónico facilitados en el expediente, teléfonos alternativos, direcciones...
  • Contacto con todos los intervinientes del expediente y Realización del análisis jurídico de las propuestas de acuerdos.
  • Costes / riesgo jurídico (falta documentación / cargo costas / oposiciones).
  • En el caso de un expediente ilocalizado, proponer un plan acción - búsqueda exhaustiva.
  • Decidir con manager que expediente es "fin gestión" debido a su estado – un ilocalizado e insolvencia.
  • Analizar la información mercantil del Bien inmueble / expediente para poder realizar el estudio de posibilidades de recuperación: Registro Propiedad, INFORMA, INFOCIF, Registro mercantil, balance de cuentas).
  • Conocer la situación real de solvencia y negociar palancas.
  • Realizar seguimiento para asegurar el cumplimiento de los acuerdos.
  • Dejar reflejadas claramente las acciones realizadas en los expedientes anotando GESCO / ATLAS correctamente los estados de gestión.
  • Preparar un detallado informe y análisis del estado actual y previsión del Bien inmueble (estudio del plan de viabilidad de la misma), realizando una recomendación interna en Gescobro, para tomar una decisión de la estrategia a seguir.
  • Preparar informe de cierre del expediente realizando una recomendación fundada para los siguientes pasos.
  • Realizar y gestionar una estrategia especifica según el expediente: inicio acción judicial, impulso procedimiento, etc.
  • Realizar visitas presenciales, contactando con los inquilinos de los inmuebles.

    • ¿Qué requisitos son imprescindibles?

  • Experiencia de 3 años en gestión de deuda con garantía, conocimientos de ejecuciones hipotecarias y de concursos de acreedores.
  • Tener carnet de conducir tipo "B" y habilidades actuales de conducción.
  • Disponibilidad de realizar viajes nacionales de forma puntual.
