The
IT Security Architecture and Engineering Lead **will be part of an international team that focuses on ensuring that the right Security Architecture and Blueprints are defined, implemented and operationalized.

This role also reviews all projects and initiatives ensuring they are fully compliant with the defined security architecture and controls.


Key roles and responsibilities:


  • Be able to link business objectives and requirements with the Security Architecture.
  • Stay ahead of technological Security requirements and assist the business and other IT organizations in equipping new and Digital technologies with the right level of trust.
  • Lead the efforts to integrate Security by design in all IT projects, and ensure follow up of the Security by design agreements along the projects' life cycle.
  • Lead the implementation of new Security capabilities and the evolution of existing ones according to market best practices for risk reduction and taking our risk management process as an input.
  • Standardize security technology solutions and capabilities across our organization, thus reducing complexity and management efforts through efficiency.

Accountabilities


Establish the general Security Architecture for RHG, lead the implementation of the core capabilities that compose it over time, and ensure new projects and initiatives are consistent with that Security Architecture and also include the right level of Security and Privacy by Design according to RHG policies, standards and control framework, and also comply with internal and external regulations applicable to RHG.


Job requirements and qualifications:


Language skills:
English fluent


Must have experience
- +10 years of experience in Security architecture and Cyber security transformation projects and programmes.

  • Applied transversal knowledge of Security Architecture. Knowledge of frameworks such as TOGAF and SABSA is a plus.
  • Knowledge and ideally applied experience in complying with GDPR and PCI-DSS.
  • A minimum of 5 years in IT Security design / transformation projects involving applied transversal technical knowledge of different domains: Identity and Access Management, Applications Security, Infrastructure (DataCenter and Cloud) and Workplace protection, Data Security, Cyberdefense, Business Continuity Management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of management responsibilities.

Highly desirable experience

  • Valuable certifications: CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCSP

Travel needs:
Up to 30%


Soft skills:


  • Good oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain Security in IT and business terms, establish rapport and persuade others. Good relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Change agent, result orientation, strategic planning.

Education:
Bachelor's or master's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent work experience.
