    Queremos que formes parte del nuestro equipo de NTS Seidor de Bilbao como Consultor/a de Procesos Financial Services, la persona se incorporará en un equipo de reciente creación con el objetivo de definir y ejecutar proyectos de consultoria de procesos en cientes de Servicios Financieros.
    Colaborará y se integrará con los equipos de delivery de soluciones Salesforce

    ¿QUÉ HARÁS EN TU DIA A DIA?

  • Participar en proyectos de consultoría para Bancos, Aseguradoras y otras entidades financiera como consultor de procesos
  • Formar personas junior en procesos de servicios financieros capaces de participar activamente en proyectos de consultoria de Servicios Financieros
  • Desarrollar el blueprint de procesos y realizar el mapeo con la nube de Salesforce de Financial Services
  • Planificar y dirigir reuniones con clientes tanto del área de negocio como de IT para realizar la siguientes tareas:
  • Análisis de la situación "as-is" del cliente
  • Identificación de las necesidades del cliente para la evolución y optimización de sus procesos de negocio. Definición del modelo "To be" basado en Salesforce
  • Análisis del gap y definición del roadmap para llegar al modelo objetivo
  • Durante la ejecución de proyectos asumir el rol de PO en colaboración con las áreas de negocio del cliente:
  • Desarrollar las historias de usuario de la solución propuesta
  • Definir los criterios de validación funcionales y de procesos de las soluciones definidas
  • Validar las soluciones construidas
  • Definir y liderar programas de gestión del cambio para los usuarios de los sistemas implementados
  • Plan de asimilación basado en el ánalisis del gap
  • Plan de formación
  • Plan de comunicación

    • ¿QUÉ ESPERAMOS DE TI?

  • Licenciatura en carrera técnica o similar
  • Experiencia de más de 5 años en Consultoria procesos
  • Conocimientos técnicos de la nube Financial Services de Salesforce: procesos soportados, modelo de datos,...
  • Conocimientos funcionales en Procesos de negocio de Banca (retail, investment, empresas) y/o
    Procesos de negocio de Seguros (P&C, salud, vida, hogar,..) y del ciclo de vida de las pólizas, y/o Productos financieros de inversión y gestión patrimonial
