AFRY is now looking for a project accountant (Project Accountant) for permanent employment.

In this position, you will participate in the tasks of financial management of projects in an international working environment, from the beginning of projects to their end.

You will also assist with financial accounting for the company.

Your will work in our
San Sebastian Office.

As a
Project Accountant, your work consists of supporting project managers in managing the financial affairs of projects in our company.

You will play your part in ensuring that financial administration tasks are handled flexibly and promote the smooth running of projects.


As a rule, you participate in the financial management of projects by monitoring and checking hourly records and expenses, sales invoicing, project budgeting, making estimates, and you also act as technical support for project managers in financial systems.


In your position, you will also assist our finance department with accounting, booking journals, help with the monthly closing and assist with the monthly reporting.

You will play a crucial role in our team, so you need to have a proactive approach in strengthening and further developing the finance department.


Requisitos:


  • Professional experience of 25 years on similar or equally relevant tasks.
  • Knowledge of financial administration.
  • Open attitude, flexibility, ability to cooperate and a desire to learn new things.
  • Monitoring, supporting and profitability control of projects' life cycle.
  • Project budgeting and ensuring the correctness of budget calculations.
  • Monthly reporting, if necessary, also to the customer's systems.
  • Sales invoicing.
  • Accounting.
  • Other administrative tasks, such as archiving project contracts.
