MADRID IT Platform


The CIB IT Platform for EMEA is responsible to provide IT Services to our Clients ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality.

This function includes Global Markets Application Production, Local Territory IT Development, the Core Infrastructure environment including Datacentres, Application Production, Security, Architecture as well as elements of the Global Services organisation.


  • Context and Role summary
The Video Conferencing Global Team Leader is responsible to oversee of all audio-visual infrastructure, audio-visual rooms, and event spaces. Deliver the global strategy for AV solutions across all the regions and work closely with the regional team leaders. Own the service, drive the global catalogue, the service and manage user and corporate communications expectations. Providing direction and support to all
BNPParibas AV teams worldwide. This role will be the key point of contact for all AV, studio, and Event solutions across CIB globally.

  • Function as global leader, provide technical guidance and assistance to regional team leaders, and support teams.
  • Leads and manages a team of Cisco Collaboration Engineers.
  • Provide expertise on projects; designing; implementing; supporting critical networks and complex converged infrastructures.
  • Provides strategic and tactical guidance for excellence and aligned execution of Collaboration services.
  • Oversee, manage, and provide technical guidance and training to AV technical staff for the safe and efficient installation and successful operation of equipment
  • Maintain the overall design of the A/V systems and ensure audiovisual conferencing technologies meet business requirements.
  • Maintain system documentation, asbuilds, service manuals, and knowledge base articles for the support of each system. Develop and implement training materials.
  • Acts as escalation point in addressing customer issues and ensuring effective and longterm problem resolution.
  • Work with partners, engineers, and other practice group leads
  • Communicate project status and team positioning to the Global Head of Telecom. Produce reports as requested.
  • Produce service installation and configuration standards and checklists.
  • Provide documentation standards and templates to the delivery team. Ensure consistency across practices.
  • Work closely with PMO and regional team leaders to manage delivery resource allocation/conflicts.
  • Must be able to multitask on numerous projects while overseeing successful outcomes.
  • Interacts regularly with Business Development Managers and Solution Architects to provide guidance and direction relative to solution approaches, delivery model options, and technical strategies.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of best practices and advances in emerging technologies within the legal industry, closely matching technology solutions to the business needs.
