- Implement and manage sales and marketing tools, including Salesforce and Pardot
- Customize and configure Salesforce to align with the organization's business requirements
- Create and manage workflow rules, process builder flows, and automation processes to streamline business processes
- Ensure seamless integration between Pardot and Salesforce for effective lead management
- Create and maintain templates, sales processes, quotes, contracts, training materials
- Oversee data quality and integrity within Salesforce
- Provide training and support to users on Salesforce functionalities
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales, marketing, and customer service performance
- Collaborate with developers to create custom solutions and functionalities that are not achievable through standard configurations
- Implement and manage security measures to protect sensitive data
- Analyze marketing and customer data to improve conversion and retention rates
- Process new sales, renewals and cancelations: perform data quality check and account setup
- Manage and assign customers' inquiries received via email
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and workflows
- Calculate monthly compensation for the sales team
- Work with sales, account management, marketing and administration teams to streamline processes and enhance system performance and user experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201). Advanced Administrator Certification (ADM 211) or other Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in customizing Salesforce, creating reports, dashboards, and workflows
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Basic project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Demonstrated willingness to stay updated with new Salesforce features and functionality
- Understanding of sales, marketing and account management processes
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work autonomously
- Excellent written and spoken English; advanced level of Spanish desirable
- Ambitious, client-focused, self-motivated and self-managed personality
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Experience in providing administrative support in a professional services environment
- Experience in a SaaS company is preferred
- Full time position (40 hours per week)
