Job Description:
- Maintain user roles, profiles, permission sets, and hierarchies
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and screens
- Provide enduser support: user access issues, issues with reports and dashboard, data governance issues, business process questions, issues related to integrations with third party systems
- Maintain integrations with Salesforce plugins, including OwnBackup and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Maintain training material and provide enduser training
- Ensure data integrity, deduping, and cleaning as needed
- Manage all platform integrations and support integration with other tools to streamline data flows
- Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
Qualifications:
- At least 12 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment
- Knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
- A Bachelor's degree is required; a degree in computer science is a plus
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
