Job Description:

Maintain user roles, profiles, permission sets, and hierarchies
Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and screens
Provide enduser support: user access issues, issues with reports and dashboard, data governance issues, business process questions, issues related to integrations with third party systems
Maintain integrations with Salesforce plugins, including OwnBackup and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Maintain training material and provide enduser training
Ensure data integrity, deduping, and cleaning as needed
Manage all platform integrations and support integration with other tools to streamline data flows
Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades

Qualifications:

At least 12 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment
Knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
A Bachelor's degree is required; a degree in computer science is a plus
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
