As part of the People/ HR Team, you will have a crucial role by attracting, retaining and supporting the talented team mates who will be joining this amazing adventure.
You will be part of our business ambitious growth plans and will be able to be part and grow in a scale-up business that currently operates in different marketplaces globally but the best is yet to comeWhat will your day to day look like?
- Lead the different recruitment processes at GameStrategies.
- Assure each vacancy is posted in different sites such as LinkedIn, Bamboo HR, Indeed
- Analyze on a weekly basis, our Hiring data funnel within our HRIS Bamboo HR in order to optimize the HR strategies.
- Manage end to end recruitment processes including onsite and offsite onboardings.
- Train and mentor Hiring Managers with the new initiatives related to recruitment.
- Assure all Job Descriptions for each role at the business and update them when needed.
What skills should you have?
- +5 years working as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter in an international environment. If you come from a Consultant background or tech/start-up businesses
- Spanish and English (C1) is a must and if you speak French
- Proven expertise in using data analytics on a regular basis to track each stage of our recruitment process.
- End to end recruitment process expertise including onboarding.
- Have outstanding communication skills. You will be the lead of our global recruitment where many parties are involved and including overseas.
- Have experience working within agile methodologies and tools.
- Proven experience in recruiting sales professionals (Account Managers, Account Executives, Customer Success roles) Experience in recruiting Marketing and tech roles will be a plus

Where will you be working from?
We have a hybrid working model.
This will give you the opportunity to work from home up to three days per week and meet up twice per week with your teammates at our Headquarters office located at Pozuelo, Madrid.
