Your challenge:


As
Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for
developing marketing strategies and
campaigns that effectively communicate the Gamelearn's
value proposition to specific buyer personas across all content media.


As a Marketing Manager, you will
-
Define and implement the
Marketing strategy (lead generation, lead management and client engagement) and build on product
messaging that sets our
value proposition apart from others in the market to give them a
competitive advantage.
-
Plan and manage the
marketing budget, ensuring we have the tools and resources needed to execute powerful
campaigns that
attract and
improve customer loyalty
:


  • Obtain
    insights into
    client's usage of our
    SaaS platform, potential opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data.
-
Data driven based on data for continuous optimization (CPL, MQL, SQL...).
-
Define and participate in the
launch of new services and products which involve several different departments.
-
Take part in both internal and external
events & webinars to communicate our products'
value proposition successfully and in a way that
engages the audience.

  • Competitive
    analysis to ensure our product roadmap is aligned with relevant trends in our industry for the markets in which we are present.

Requirements:


  • Have at least 10 years of relevant experience in
    marketing management or similar roles.
  • Have impeccable
    communication &
    copywriting skills.
  • Have a
    creative mindset that loves to find the way to create impactful marketing actions.
  • Have impeccable
    leadership & relational skills and can create winwin environments for the teams you work with.
  • Customer
    engagement through marketing moves you ahead.
  • Are a selfstarter who is also a teamplayer.
  • Are motivated by challenges and ready to work in
    fastpaced environments.
  • Are updated with the latest trends and best practices in marketing, preferably within the
    SaaS industry.
  • Working proficiency in
    Spanish and
    English. Other languages will be considered as a plus.
