    Location: Madrid or Barcelona

    Annual Gross Salary: 25-28K.

    What Are We Seeking? What Do We Provide?

    We are in search of talented Digital & Social Media Strategists and Project Managers to join our Project Squads or Business Units. We need individuals who not only think but also act, with a drive to grow professionally in digital strategy, enhance their analytical and strategic mindset, and collaborate with global clients.

    You will collaborate with like-minded individuals, fellow Rebels enthusiastic about leveraging digital and business for positive change. You will have the chance to work and grow alongside a diverse international team spanning three countries. Our offices are located in Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, and Brighton.

    What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities?

    • Contribute to defining and implementing strategies across various digital projects (digital strategy, social media, growth campaigns, website development, content marketing, etc.).
    • Research data, audience insights, and information to create digital marketing benchmarks and adopt best practices from leading companies worldwide.
    • Coordinate project teams and oversee client success on a daily basis.
    • Translate digital and social requirements into actionable plans to meet client objectives and devise appropriate tactics.
    • Prepare compelling presentations and slide decks for clients and prospects using Google Slides for collaboration.

    What Are the Essential Requirements for this Role?

    • Proficient in English.
    • More than 3 years of experience. Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing and a strategic vision for social media.
    • Strong analytical capabilities and strategic mindset.
    • Ability to convey clear insights through visual presentations.
    • A team player, capable of collaborating with remote team members and engaging with various stakeholders.
    • Always eager to learn and write about the impact of digital on businesses, user behavior, and entire industries.
    • Project management skills, familiarity with tools, and the ability to handle client and project requirements effectively.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with clients or prospects at a managerial level.
    • Previous experience working with prominent brands and budgets will be valued.
    • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
    • MBA or Master's Degree in Digital or Marketing.
