    Our Digital Health product, the "study design and planning companion," assists clinical study design teams from concept inception to protocol approval.

    The tool serves as a one-stop-shop for clinical trial design and planning processes using the power of data and analytics to provide necessary information to clinical study design and planning experts (science and operations). This enables the creation of innovative patient and site-centric trial designs and operational plans beyond the ordinary.

    The Product Management Coordinator aids the Head of Product Study Design & Planning (SD&P) by facilitating the coordination and management of product development and operational activities.

    Under the guidance of the Head of Product SD&P, you will apply your organizational skills and operational process knowledge to streamline workflows, support development, and enhance the operational implementation of product initiatives.

    Your attentiveness and foresight will guarantee that these tasks align with our strategic goals, emphasizing efficiency and value creation within the product lifecycle.

    In this position, you will collaborate with all key functions for product development and other process stakeholders, internally and externally, to ensure seamless operations.

    As a central figure in the product team, you will serve as a communication and coordination liaison, ensuring that all aspects of product development and operations progress smoothly and in accordance with our strategic vision.

    As a Product Management Coordinator, your insights and contributions will be vital in achieving operational excellence, reporting directly to the Head of Product SD&P.

    We are looking for a versatile and highly skilled Product Management Coordinator to fulfill a crucial role in supporting both our Head of Product SD&P and the broader product team.

    Key responsibilities are categorized as follows:

    Strategic Support:

    Develop and maintain a strategic schedule for the Head of Product SD&P, ensuring prioritization of engagements and efficient use of time and resources.

    Manage appointments, plan key project milestones, and align activities with overarching strategic objectives. Facilitate and manage sensitive communications with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality and effective information exchange.

    Assist in preparing strategic documentation and reports, compiling data and insights that guide the decision-making processes of the Head of Product.

    Operational Excellence:

    Develop and maintain operational systems and processes for seamless product development cycles. Regularly review and update operational materials and tools to keep them current and functional, preventing operational oversights. Support the product team in implementing standard operating procedures and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

    Executive-Level Support:

    Act as vital support to the Head of Product SD&P, aligning daily operations with strategic objectives and ensuring continuity between executive actions and company goals.

    Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in daily tasks, proactively responding to the changing needs of the organization and its leaders.

    Soft Skills Mastery:

    Utilize exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships internally and externally. Display strong leadership and time management skills, handling multiple priorities proactively and empathetically. Quickly adapt to new challenges, offer innovative solutions, and maintain professionalism in all circumstances.

    Essential Skills and Capabilities:

    Education & Experience:

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role within a technology or healthcare environment.

    Operational Competency:

    In-depth understanding of operational processes and best practices. Proven record of managing and enhancing operational systems, processes, and policies.

    Communication & Collaboration:

    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, effectively communicating across all organizational levels. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, data science, and external partners.

    Organizational Skills:

    Strong organizational and time-management skills, demonstrating task prioritization and management of multiple projects concurrently. Proficient in utilizing project management tools and software. Adaptability to changing priorities, thriving in a dynamic environment. Taking initiative, working independently, and being a team player.

    Desirable Skills and Capabilities:

    Advanced degree or professional certifications related to business administration, project management, or operations. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

    Understanding of digital health products and the healthcare technology market. Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is advantageous.

    Previous experience in a role blending administrative and operational responsibilities. Strong interpersonal skills with empathy and the ability to engage with diverse teams. Innovative thinking and proposing creative solutions to operational challenges.
