    Facilities & EHS Supervisor

    Regular Full-Time

    Job Summary:

    Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) provides power circuits for systems found in various industries. MPS is looking for a dynamic, proactive, self-driven team player to join its Property Management team in Barcelona and other European offices. The Facilities, Environmental, Health & Safety Supervisor will assist the Property Management Director in overseeing real estate projects, building operations, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

    Essential Functions:

    • Manage real estate projects and building operations.
    • Ensure safety and maintenance of company facilities.
    • Lead environmental and safety initiatives across EU sites.
    • Develop EHS policies, conduct inspections, and provide training.
    • Review project documents and oversee vendor contracts.
    • Facilitate purchase orders and review invoices.
    • Negotiate contracts and provide EHS guidance.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Participate in sustainability projects and ESG reporting.
    • Supervise facility maintenance and set up.
    • Support ad hoc projects as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety or related field.
    • Experience in EHS or Facilities Management.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Knowledge of Excel and PM software.
    • Fluency in Spanish, Catalan, and English (C1).
