YOUR MISSION
Join Glovo as a People Generalist in Barcelona for SuperGlovo. Assist in staffing, compensation, training, and streamlining processes for our dynamic team.
Be the go-to person for all People-related queries and ensure engaging experiences for employees within and outside the workplace.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
Hold a degree in HR, Business, or related field with 3-4 years of HR experience. Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, adaptable, proactive, and customer-oriented. Excellent communication skills and fluency in Spanish and English.
