La división Worldpanel de Kantar recluta hoy un perfil de Client Manager para liderar una de nuestras carteras de clientes de Client Services ubicado en nuestras oficinas de Madrid. (Híbrido 2 días de teletrabajo)
Reportando directamente al Client Director de su área, sus funciones consistirán en la gestión de clientes asignados para garantizar su fidelidad y el crecimiento del negocio de forma consistente, así como el desarrollo del equipo que esté a su cargo.

Principales Funciones y Responsabilidades:
Implementar el plan de negocios definido en colaboración con el Director de Cuentas.
Incrementar el volumen de negocio de su cartera de clientes a través de acciones comerciales.
Desarrollo, gestión, presentación y seguimiento de las propuestas comerciales para los clientes a su cargo.
Análisis y presentación de datos para proveer recomendaciones accionables.
Evaluación y seguimiento continuo de los objetivos fijados en términos de ventas y acciones.
Gestión del equipo a su cargo, garantizando su formación y desarrollo.
Competencias y requerimientos:
Experiencia en desarrollo comercial y gestión de clientes (mínimo 4 años).
Experiencia en análisis y síntesis de datos.
Habilidades de presentación y comunicación.
Capacidad de organización y planificación.
Dinamismo y orientación negocio.
Empatía y fuerte dedicación al cliente.
Inglés fluido tanto al oral como al escrito. Español nivel nativo.
