Main Responsibilities

Learning Coordination

Support learning and development programs through logistical tasks like organizing training events, sending invitations, registering participants, and more.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, collecting feedback, and reporting on the process.
Manage the Global Learning and Development Calendar, organizing sessions and tracking attendance.

Learning Administration
- Assign and manage online training courses.
- Maintain relevant People & Culture systems and document management systems.
- Coordinate the billing process for learning offerings.
Learning Analytics
- Handle requests for reporting and data within the RAO system.
- Review feedback surveys for learning activities.
- Assist in the annual learning needs analysis processes.
- Provide ad hoc support for L&D data requests.

Additionally, you will take on other HR tasks as needed.
