We are now recruiting for the role of
L&D Shared Services Coordinator in Madrid.
The L&D Shared Services Coordinator is involved in various aspects of Learning & Development administration and coordination.

You will work with the L&D teams to deliver administrative and operational services to the team members and managers from both hotels and offices.

Main Responsibilities
As the
L&D Shared Services Coordinator, you will work across the following areas:

Learning Coordination

  • Support the learning and development programs by handling the logistics, such as organizing and planning training events (F2F, virtual and blended), sending invitations and reminders, registering the participants, administering Radisson Academy Online (RAO), conducting satisfaction surveys, closing the events, and reporting the results.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires, setting up their Welcome Journey Pathway (Be a Moment Makers / Connecting Moment Makers), sending reminders for completion, and gathering feedback/ reporting on the onboarding process.
  • Management of the Global Learning and Development Calendar. Setting up sessions, communicating course requirements and chasing for attendance.

Learning Administration

  • Assignment and management of all mandatory online training courses.
  • Responsible for the updates and maintenance of all relevant People & Culture Information systems and document management systems as per regional requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage the effective billing process under Radisson Academy billing guidelines for all chargeable learning offerings, ensuring that all information required is collated and submitted within the required timelines.

Learning Analytics

  • Responding and actioning all request for reporting and data for required programs within the RAO system.
  • Collating and reviewing the feedback surveys for all learning activities and events.
  • Providing support in the implementation and collation of the annual learning needs analysis processes.
  • Provide any ad hoc support required in responding to regional request for L&D Data, which is required within audit processes, or to support compliance levels.
Other HR related tasks as required.
