Position Summary:


Radisson Hotel Group, one of the most dynamic hotel companies in the world, is looking for a trainee to work in the HR team, based at Radisson Hotel Group's office in Madrid.

Key Responsibilities:


People Communications & Engagement

  • Support the Internal Communications team with internal campaigns, communications, culture transformation activities and speakers' series to strengthen our employer branding.
  • Create, develop, and implement initiatives to fuel employee engagement, and positively impact our 100K team members around the world.
  • Leverage internal tools and channels as appropriate to ensure communication effectiveness and consistent messaging, branding, image, and identity.
  • Manage and create presentations to support internal communications strategy, ensuring that it is uptodate, engaging, and informative.
  • Work with rest of departments to ensure our team members receive the right information in a timely manner.
  • Implement metrics reports to measure effectiveness of internal communication channels and messages to continuously improve our strategy.

  • Propose and support the implementation of policies and procedures as well as assess and improve existing ones to consistently strengthen the company's DEI footprint.
  • Create and keep partnerships with external organizations, groups and associations focused on advancing the DEI agenda.
  • Report on DEI metrics to ensure we draw meaningful insights, operationalize solutions and drive progress.
  • Has to be enrolled in a school program in order to be eligible for the internship.
  • Fluent knowledge of English both written and spoken and excellent writing skills. No need for Spanish knowledge.
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, mainly Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus.
  • Good communication and social skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
