- Analizar diariamente los pedidos de las tiendas de frescos con las herramientas de Dispo-Controlling y realizar correcciones si fuera necesario.
- Dar soporte a las tiendas para la realización de pedidos si fuera necesario.
- Analizar diariamente los pedidos de las tiendas y del Departamento de Mercancía de Fruta Verdura y Carne.
- Hacer propuestas de pedidos y asignaciones de ofertas y al altas de artículos de Fruta, Verdura y Carne y demás artículos frescos.
- Hacer seguimiento del stock y de los plazos de permanencia de productos en el almacén.
- Solicitar bajadas de precio y/o días de retirada al departamento de compras.
- Colaborar activamente en la mejora del ratio de mermas, incluyendo el análisis detallado de tiendas con resultados negativos
- Garantizar la adecuada disponibilidad de mercancía en tienda evitando mermas.
- Formación Profesional de Grado Medio.
- Disponibilidad horaria para trabajar sábados y festivos.
- Persona organizada, dinámica, proactiva y analítica.
- Dominio de paquete Office.
- Experiência previa en el sector de mercancías o ventas.
- Experiência previa en gestión de equipos
- Idiomas: inglés y/o alemán
