    Overview

    Are you ready to kickstart your Finance career at PepsiCo? If you have a passion for Control & Reporting, then come join us as our Account Payable Analyst.

    Located in Vitoria, our office offers a vibrant and engaging atmosphere where your dynamism and agility can truly shine.

    This is a 4-month temporary role.

    Your mission:

    Take charge of registering and accounting for supplier invoices, ensuring data quality and compliance with PepsiCo's Purchase to Pay Policies and other relevant regulations.

    Responsibilities

    Your day-to-day with us:

    • Collaborate with Spain AP team to maintain Purchase to Pay processes in line with procedures and SLA's.
    • Verify and record supplier invoices, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and legislation.
    • Execute manual interface procedures between systems and SAP.
    • Ensure compliance with P2P and Treasury policies.
    • Act as Accounts Payable Control Owner and execute assigned Key Controls.
    • Provide support in resolving supplier billing incidents.
    • Assist Reporting department in monthly closing procedures.
    • Support Vitoria Capability Center in preparing reports for monitoring the AP area.
    • Verify and authorize travel expense notes.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and tax requirements.
    • Calculate service KPIs as needed.
    Qualifications

    What will you need to succeed?

    • Administration or Accounting qualification.
    • Intermediate English proficiency.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
    • Organizational and time management skills.
    • Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, and myBuy.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
