- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborating with various departments to ensure security solutions align with business operations.
- Security Incident Response: Leading incident response activities, from investigation to recovery.
- Knowledge Update: Staying informed on security trends and evaluating their applicability.
- Documentation and Reporting: Creating and maintaining detailed security documentation, policies, and incident reports.
- Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field; Security certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in information security, with 3 years in a security architecture role.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in security solutions like firewalls, IDS/IPS, identity management, and cryptography.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts.
- Leadership Ability: Capability to lead projects and make critical decisions.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with security standards and regulations like ISO 27001, GDPR.
