Amazon Business seeks a UX Researcher to revolutionize the way businesses make purchases for their operations. Since its establishment in 2015, Amazon Business has aimed to simplify and expedite business procurement processes.

As a UX Researcher situated in Madrid, Spain, you'll be part of a dynamic global team of user experience professionals dedicated to reimagining the intricate landscape of corporate procurement, specifically focusing on the post-purchase journey (comprising AI assistants, Orders, mobile experience, and Customer Service tooling).

Your role will encompass all facets of UX research, from delving into customer insights to comprehend their requirements and motivations to validating the effectiveness of design solutions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of research experience.
• Master's degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

• Background in B2B or B2C ecommerce or financial services.
• Familiarity with RITE usability method and expertise in influencing design and product strategies in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various research techniques and the ability to select the most suitable approach to achieve desired outcomes.
• Profound understanding of UX research, agile UX, and user-centered design.

The role, based in MADRID, Spain, requires fluency in business English as a prerequisite.

A typical day in this position involves collaborating with a senior researcher to identify, assess, and prioritize research opportunities, designing research plans, conducting studies, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
