- Marketing Automation:
- Design segmentation lists and implement marketing workflows using advanced tools like HubSpot to optimize lead generation, segmentation, and message personalization.
- Optimization:
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to enhance their performance.
- Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to increase campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Content Marketing:
- Collaborate with the content team to create necessary assets to nurture different funnel stages in various formats: emails, landing pages, pop-ups, etc.
- Apply best practices for email creation and design in terms of conversion, personalization, and segmentation.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze marketing data to gain actionable insights and guide decision-making.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Document projects and processes related to B2B automation, campaigns, among others.
- Campaign Management:
- Collaborate in the implementation of various marketing initiatives and campaigns led by the Global team, adapting them to the Spanish local market.
- Strategically contribute to local projects with campaigns to ensure goal achievement.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members such as Content, Events, Paid, Customer Marketing, etc., to ensure effective integration of strategies and alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with the sales team to ensure a smooth prospect transition and follow-up, as well as collaborate on sales enablement projects to enhance lead-to-client conversion.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in implementing and managing automated marketing campaigns, preferably using tools like HubSpot or similar CRMs.
- Native level of Spanish
- Advanced level of English
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing best practices and a deep understanding of the sales funnel.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
