  • Native level of French and fluent in English
  • You are open to develop your customer service skills
  • You are passionate and familiar with the fashion industry
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You pay attention to small details, and you are wellorganized
  • You have an outgoing, enthusiastic, positive and engaging personality
  • You are able to work 39 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern
  • Good disposition to work in a customer service environment
  • Customer care skills ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs

Your Responsibilities

  • Effectively solve customer issues in your native language
  • Manage complaints and inquiries with a friendly and respectful tone
  • Keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision
  • Help clients with their online shopping and advise on their orders
  • Maintain knowledge of the company's services and products
  • Work on additional tasks connected to keeping up the service performance, quality and customer satisfaction
