German-speaking Customer Service and Sales Representative

The Profile:


  • You have excellent communication skills in German and you have a fluent level of English
  • You have strong communication skills
  • You have acknowledgement of sales techniques as up/crossselling, objection handling
  • You are a customeroriented person and motivated to work in sales
  • You are a goaloriented person
  • IT knowledge and technical understanding
  • You have at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • You are able to listen and resolve customers' queries
  • Comprehensive skills to ensure understanding of customer needs.
  • Customer service skills

Your responsibilities:


  • Handle and close inbound calls to achieve quarterly quota
  • Outbound calls when necessary to recover orders or convert quotes to orders or to solve issues with already bought products
  • Quote creation and follow up
  • Maximize Store revenue by upselling/crossselling to increase order value and AOV
  • Awareness of promotions and campaigns to maximize their success
  • Ensuring personal knowledge of the portfolio is maintained
  • Stock availability
  • Crosslanguage backup if needed
  • Answer and deal with customer postsales requests
  • Solve status queries
  • Initiate and manage customer postsales tasks
