Air Freight Forwarder to help us kick-start an amazing operations team in Madrid, where you will be responsible for the A-Z handling of

Air cargo shipments while providing excellent customer service. Your line manager is always ready to train and support you in your personal development. Your day to day responsibilities:

Communicate with clients which goes hand in hand with troubleshooting. Dealing with different situations will give you a chance challenge your assertiveness, ability to think outside of the box and problem solving skills
Interaction with our business partners. You can take an advantage of interactions with agents, air freight companies and customs bodies because it enables you to learn more about business and grow your professional network.
Issue and monitor transportation documents and electronic data processing. We use our internal visibility and collaboration platform which will make your daytoday life so much easier.

Who we're ideally looking for:

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the freight forwarding industry
High competency in handling
Air cargo shipments:
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Demonstrative problem solving skills
Ideally educated to degree level or experience equivalent
A passion for transport and logistics
