- Develop expertise in talent sourcing for required skills using a suite of tools.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing information about EY culture and conducting qualifying interviews.
- Screen applicants, create candidate profiles, and share preliminary interviews with hiring teams.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline through internal talent, referrals, and talent communities.
- Provide 'Talent Advisor' support, offering competitive intelligence to recruiters and hiring managers.
- Pursue diverse candidate channels aligning with the Global D&I talent agenda.
- Engage with recruiters and stakeholders regularly to ensure goal alignment.
- Assist in developing candidate marketing techniques with the TA Team leader.
- Achieve individual targets aligned with SLAs and Metrics.
- Proficient in Italian and English communication.

The Global Talent Attraction Senior Associate is an integral part of a high-performing global team. Your typical day involves employing various sourcing strategies and tools to identify, engage, and assess top talent for presentation to hiring teams and Recruiters. Working closely with Recruiters, you maintain relationships with candidates till hire. Collaboration between Experienced Recruiters and Talent Attraction Consultants is key in meeting EY's global hiring objectives.
