- Providing independent assurance and consulting services to enhance governance, risk management, and internal controls.
- Documenting and delivering audit reports to project managers or senior leadership.
- Applying business knowledge to identify potential incidents or events that may impact the organization's strategy, objectives, or risk profile.
- Analyzing root causes of audit findings and assessing cause-and-effect relationships.
- Utilizing risk assessment frameworks to recommend audit strategies based on quantitative and qualitative risk analysis.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years' audit experience, preferably with big four or internal audit background.
- Extensive knowledge of business processes, accounting entries, financial statements, and critical risks.
- Experience in SOX assessments, fraud investigations, and business risk services.
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (C1).
- Proficient in MS-Office suite, especially Excel, with SAP experience being a plus.
- Effective communication skills across all organizational levels and strong teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent planning and analytical capabilities.
- Dynamic, proactive, and decisive with willingness to travel internationally (30% of the time on average).
