The Role & What You Will Be Doing

Reporting to the Global Head of Sales Excellence & Omnichannel Deployment, you will lead the execution of concrete GSE/OD value & productivity initiatives and pilots in focus countries (to be defined for each program) in collaboration with relevant GSE/OD leaders and GCD colleagues, regional & country people and, potentially, external partners, ensuring alignment of internal and external resources, seamless execution, follow up on results and proposal of corrective actions when needed.

Co-responsible for the delivery of the expected results

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here is how the Value & Productivity Programs Lead role will make an impact:

Program/Pilot co-design in a format that can support a) Executability, b) Scalability, c) Clarity on pre-defined expected Targets (from KPIs to end outcomes) d) measurement e) feedback loop and f) decision on stop/maintain/expand
Engage & align key stakeholders including among others GSE leaders, other GCD/Global colleagues, partners, region & country stakeholders
Overall program management with (among others and depending on the program) the agreement on specific global/local roadmaps with concrete milestones & KPIs, organization & oversight of resources (global, partner, etc), follow up on execution with regular meetings & adhoc actions when needed, regular briefing & reporting of results to appropriate steering committees and stakeholders, proposal of corrective actions and adjustments when needed and next steps
Value & Productivity Measurement:

Measurement of real value & productivity of each pilot / program, as the basis for decisions on next steps (stop, maintain, expand) and prioritization.

Consolidation of value of all programs together- Prioritization: Ensure prioritization of programs, pilots in line with expected value and considering the country workload.
