- Bearbeitung Bestellungen, Lieferungen, Retouren und Reklamationen/Reparaturen
- E-Mails und Kundenanrufe professionell und zeitnah beantworten
- Sicherstellen, dass Bestellungen pünktlich geliefert werden und den Versand an Kunden verwalten
- Eng mit der Verkaufsabteilung zusammenarbeiten, um eine reibungslose und zufriedenstellende Kundenerfahrung zu gewährleisten
- Office-Anwendungen effizient für eine produktive Arbeitsverwaltung nutzen
- Mindestens ein Jahr Arbeitserfahrung in einer kundenorientierten Rolle (idealerweise am Telefon) oder relevante Erfahrungen im Bereich (Online-)Handel/Kundenservice

Wir suchen eine hochmotivierte und detailorientierte Fachkraft zu Erweiterung unseres Backoffice Teams (m/w/d) für den deutschsprachigen Markt. Für diese Position sind fließende Deutschkenntnisse unerlässlich, da Deutsch die Hauptkommunikationssprache ist. Zusätzlich sind gute Kenntnisse in Spanisch für die interne Kommunikation erforderlich. Idealerweise bringen Sie auch Englischkenntnisse mit, um unser multilinguales Team optimal zu unterstützen. Diese Position spielt eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit und -loyalität durch die Bereitstellung eines außergewöhnlichen Services.
