    We are currently hiring for our Guest Experience team at the McArthurGlen Group Designer Outlet Malaga.

    This is a full-time position.

    This is an in person, face to face role welcoming our guests to the centre.

    Our Guest Services teams bring a diverse range of experience, from students to retirees and all career stages in between.

    It's about enjoying meeting people and problem solving.

    What you'll be doing...

    • Meet and greet guests throughout the Centre and Guest Services, directing them to the right place and answering any inquiries they may have.
    • Take ownership of queue management tasks, indicating guests where and how to queue respecting all Health & Safety measures while engaging guests in conversation taking the opportunity to establish rapport and demonstrate we care.
    • Resolve guest and brand partner issues and concerns quickly. Get to the heart of the matter and make best judgement decisions in the interest of the guest, brand partner and the business.
    • Adopt the 'Everyone Leaves Happy' culture, always taking on a positive, proactive and professional approach.
    • Adapt and flex communication style to meet the needs of our guests; local returning regulars, first time visitors and international guests.
    • Promote additional products and services providing a positive experience to our guest.
    • Know the latest promotions, offers, opening hours and brand changes to give the correct information to our guests and brand partners.
    • Highlight customer concerns to you line manager to prevent reoccurrence and suggest ways we can continuously enhance the guest experience.
    • Promote a collaborative working environment, prioritising the guest in all endeavours.

    • Possess exceptional people skills and genuinely enjoy exceeding guest expectations.
    • Thrive in a fastpaced setting with customer facing and admin task.
    • Be proactive and able to make things happen.
    • Have proficient IT skills including email, Word and Excel.
    • Have fluent proficiency in English and Spanish. Any additional language skills would be an advantage (e.g. French).
    • Be flexible about in working hours to accommodate the full trading hours of the centre on a rota basis.
