Our client offers experiential learning programs—focused on language, travel, cultural exchange, and academics—to help turn dreams into opportunities for people of all ages and nationalities.

They believe the world is better when people try to understand one another and this has been their mission since 1965.

They are now looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join the European team in the sunny Barcelona office.

In this role you will be responsible for selling and promoting Online English courses and will have a key role in developing the revenue and the number of students joining their online school.

Languages:


  • Full professional / Native level of German

  • From €22,800 Per Year + Uncapped comission

Main Responsibilities:


  • Call potential new customers who showed interest in the company (no coldcalling)
  • Upgrade and renew current customers
  • Qualify leads given and turn them into business opportunities
  • Take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach KPIs and Sales targets
  • Achieve excellent customer service and proactively respond to client queries
  • Performs database and recordkeeping activities

Core Skills/experience:

years experience in Sales ideally

  • Business acumen with a strong aptitude for negotiation and persuasion
  • Salesoriented and targetdriven attitude
  • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers
  • Cultural awareness and ability to work within a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Understand KPI's and targets
