A day in the life of a Senior Manager Retail Sales at TerraCycle


In a nutshell, you will be responsible for developing strategic plans based on the company goals to drive revenue growth by developing and selling in shopper marketing programmes to our existing brand partners in Europe.


Your day-to-day responsibilities will also include:

  • Leading the European team selling and executing Shopper Marketing programmes (1-3 direct reports)
  • Developing growth revenue plan in support of the organization's objectives in Europe
  • Developing the European pipeline with brand and category strategies
  • Creating custom creative shopper marketing/retail programme proposals that drive Return On Investment (ROI) for TerraCycle and brand / retail partners
  • Pitching and selling programmes to brands and retailers.
  • Supervising the implementation of sold services.

You must have:


  • Minimum 5/6 years of experience in Sales/Merchandising/Shopper Marketing in the CPG/Retail Industry or similar.
  • Indepth knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint & Excel.


Someone who has outstanding communication and presentation skills and will positively influence brands and retailers' organisations to shift towards sustainability.
