As Infrastructure & Systems Manager you will be responsible for the supervision and management of the infrastructure and systems area to improve and innovate in the IT systems at group level, as well as to guarantee their availability and proper functioning together with the team.

Your role highlights - your responsibilities

You will carry out the prospection and analysis of infrastructures and systems to improve and incorporate into existing ones.
You will analyze, define and control the projects of the area.
You will define the methods, procedures and policies of the area: contingency, cybersecurity, backups, administration, monitoring,... and supervision of compliance with them
You will define the indicators, followup and reporting
You will be in charge of supplier management and contract control
You will be responsible for the budgetary control of the area

Requirements:

Higher education or deal training in computer engineering, Systems Administration, or similar.
Languages: you are fluent in Spanish and English. Knowledge of other languages as French, would be an asset
At least 3 years' experience in a similar position, leading an Infrastructure area
Experience in the following technologies:
Monitoring alerts (ZABBIX, NAGIOS,... (monitoring system)
Virtualization with VMware VSphere.
Cloud AZURE infrastructure management. Exchange Server Online, O36
MS Intune
VeeamBackup
Cisco / PaloAlto
Advanced networking knowledge (ACL, Routing, STP, OSPF, VLAN).
Strong social and customer service skills
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Proactive, handson and used to work in interdisciplinary teams
