Are you the one?
As a Production Warehouse Manager you will be responsible of the management of fruit selection and packaging processes.

Training of personnel on the selection lines and, in general terms, compliance with the quality system requirements of the company within the scope of the activities for which it is responsible, primarily focusing on market leadership and work capacity.

Your role highlights - your responsabilities

You will be coordinating the timely preparation of orders requested by the sales manager.
You will ensure goods supply: weights, formats, fruit quality, product identity, presentations, and labeling.
You will establish work methodologies and manage process productivity.
You will prepare, in collaboration with the team, the weekly production program and verify its achievement.
You will organize employees shifts and optimize production capacity; handle changes, absences, accidents, etc. Verify that each worker achieve their duties in their respective roles.
You will analyze hirings needs with Human Resources.
You will be in contact with clients and suppliers.
You will esure the smooth operation of selection and packaging lines, facilities, and equipment. Implement maintenance, cleaning, and disinfection plans for these facilities and equipment.

Requisitos:

You have higher studies of production and warehouses, industrial engineering or similar.
Languages: English will be valued.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in similar positions, managing the production and the warehouse.
Knowledge in warehouse of Fruit & Vegetables is valued.
