As Controlling Manager your objective is business partnering with internal and external stakeholder to support commercial and operational environment, analyze, monitor performance, and report information to the management team with the goal of a correct understanding and decision-making in alignment with the company's strategy.

The Controlling department works closely with the Finance Director as well as the rest of the management team.

Your role highlights - your responsibilities

You will coordinate, review and monitor the commercial and operation performance by placing indicators and direct corrective actions where necessary and in a timely manner
You will collaboratively and extensively investigate, analyze and interpret business information needs based on a strong understanding of business processes, drivers and priorities
You will work with management to develop goals, objectives, and strategies for improving business performance using BI tools
You will supervise and develop standards, drivers and costing control systems on the commercial and operations enforcing procedures and internal control
You will develop BI reports that monitor key business metrics on commercial and operational side. Analyzing data to identify patterns or trends that could indicate problems within the business
You will be part of the Budget process: Long Range Plan and Business Case process in alignment with the Group strategy
You will be part of the monthly financial closure ensuring accurate operational and commercial process
You will provide a close business partnership and support with operational and commercial stakeholders for specific request, adhoc analysis and main KPI's revision
You will manage and participate in commercial and operation related projects in transversal level

Requisitos:

Higher studies in Business Administration, Management, Finance or similar
At least 3/5 years' experience in the Finance & Controlling area of a multinational company (experience in manager position is a plus) as well as 3/5 years' experience in one of the main audit and financial advisory firms
Fluent in Spanish and English. German will be positively considered
Strong data analysis and visualization skills (BI tools
Power BI preferred)
Strong critical and analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Experience managing data warehouse and reporting infrastructure
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Travel availability
